As an Asian Latin American immigrant from Venezuela who left everything behind to start a new life in Canada, I know firsthand the challenges of:  

• Feeling uncertainty and dealing with language and cultural barriers 
• Facing rejection due to lack of Canadian work experience
• Struggling due to ineffective job search strategy and poor interview skills

After earning a BBA in Management and Human Resources from the University of Toronto Scarborough and gaining over a decade of industry experience, I decided to support other students and immigrants by providing the knowledge, strategies, skills, and tools to navigate the North American labour market.  

QuickWit Career Hub was born from a desire to empower young professional immigrants to develop the confidence and mindset needed to break into the workforce and launch their careers. 

Every young professional, regardless of their educational background or where they come from, should feel equipped and empowered to recognize their strengths, communicate their value, and build a personal brand that opens doors to opportunities that are right for them.
